ChrisDee Designs was founded by Kristine Christie and Dee Bauman.  We started this business because of our love of handbags!  Friends since our college days we found ourselves out shopping for new bags or picking them out as gifts for each other with the start of each new season.  Not that we wanted to give up our shopping addiction but since we are both stay-at-home moms raising young children we decided to stop buying and start sewing.  In 2007 we put our marketing and human resources backgrounds together, combined them with our sewing skills and began ChrisDee Designs.

A special note of thanks to everyone who has supported us by purchasing our handbags, hosted a party or just simply encouraged us to keep up the great sewing!  We wouldn’t be here without you!
